From the springs of Parori we can climb the gorge of Laggada and visit the cave church of Panagia Lagadiotissa about 15 minutes walk, from the caves enclosure we have a view of a landscape of particular wildness and beauty.

Shortly before branching off towards Lagadiotissa, the main path gains height through the canyon walls and ends up at the chapel of Sotiras 30 minutes plus, a part of the path is identical to the Parori aqueduct), from where we can continue either towards Anavriti or towards Taygetis, following the signs of the European path E4.
