The Hellenic Mountaineering Club (HMC) of Sparta is organising, according to its programme, on Sunday 19 April 2026, for its
members, an excursion to Parnon, specifically to Sitaina Kynourias, participating in the local events 2nd Mushroom Festival.

Difficulty level: A+ (easy)
Required for participation are good physical condition and appropriate seasonal personal equipment (hiking boots, poles, waterproof jacket, jacket).
Departure at 7:30 AM on Sunday, by private cars, from the Sparta Indoor Gymnasium to Sitaina.
