DAY-FRIDAY JUNE 21
Meeting at the indoor gym of Sparta and departure at exactly 15: 00
bus to Karpenisi. Arrival in the evening and stay at the hotel "Switzerland".

DAY-SATURDAY 22 JUNE
07.30 am breakfast and at 08.00 departure for the old small village. We will divide into
two teams:
A mountaineering group: ascent to the top of Chelidona (altitude 1.975 m). Duration
course about 7 hours. Altitude difference +1.125
Group B hiking: guided tour of the historical & Folklore Museum of the small village.
Then we will hike from the old small village to Gavros and we will
we arrive at the Big Village. Distance 4.1 km. Chryphonus about 2 hrs. The Big One
Village for those who want there is a possibility of riding and if we have time and want
we can do another hiking trail.
At noon when the mountaineering team will return we will all meet together and
we eat in a tavern .
The evening in Karpenisi is free.

DAY-SUNDAY 23 JUNE
07.30 am breakfast and at 08.00 departure for Prousos Monastery. The route is
about 1.30. Pilgrimage visit an hour. Then we will go to the black cave.
Distance 3km, walking time 1.30 hours (come and go).
Then move to the village of lathe. There we will descend from the beautiful path of
it is raining and we will return from the path of the
Cascades. Circular course. We will see many small waterfalls, watermills,
bridges and of course the charming little Panda rains. Hours of walking about 4. Category

DAY-MONDAY JUNE 24
07.30 am breakfast and at 08.00 after we get our things from the hotel with the
bus we will go up to the ski resort of Velouchi (1,850 m). Those who want will
climb to the top (2,313 m). Distance of about 2.3 km. Those who do not want will
enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks.

Departure at 15: 00 to Sparta. Check in at 23:00.
