On Sunday 28 June 2026, the Greek Mountaineering Club (E.O.S.) of Sparta is organising, for its members, an ascent to central Taygetus, specifically from the Livadi or Lakkomata junction - Tsarkos - Koza - Neraidovouna - Goupatta - Anavryti. The excursion is aimed at individuals with good physical condition as it is long and difficult.
