The Hellenic Mountaineering Club of Sparta will hold the popular action of the walk in nature, an afternoon walk on Wednesday 18 September 2024 in Anavriti and specifically on the route Aghianni Anavriti Aghiannis.
 The route starts above the chapel of Agios Georgios 3km after Agios Ioannis and following the paved path we climb up with bellows and views of the gorge and the large red crag opposite. Then through old tree groves with walnut and chestnut trees we reach the eastern end of the village.
The route is suitable for all ages and for families with children. There is no participation fee. The aim is to introduce the activity of hiking, exercise, enjoy nature and get to know the Association, its activities and the nearby trails in our area.
It is recommended to wear sports clothes and shoes, and dont forget to bring along, water and possibly a snack
